GsiJanes Cars

This is a page dedicated to Jane my loving girlfriend, she puts up with me, my cars, and everything else. Below are some of the choice pictures to show her in her fun loving nature. We first met, suprisingly, through a car link, at the time we both had Astra Gsi's, mine is on the other page. Basically she worked near my house and had seen my car, she eventually plucked up the courage to stop by and ask me about my car, and i guess she decided to like me, don't ask me why!!. We got together and are still together now, still enjoying cars, and each other. Janes list of cars, is almost as good as mine!. She started with a little Rover Metro, then progressed to a quite ropey Astra Gsi, then an Astra SX, and then a really really nice Astra Gsi. It took much looking and much walking away to find such a good example of the Gsi,and the oneus is now on keeping it in such a good condition. The current plan is to keep it looking std, with just a touch of modification in the shape of a set of wheels.

Unfortunately whilst on a break in Derby, at her parents cottage, a guy in a Fiat Punto had other ideas! The car is a complete 'write off', and we were all happy to walk away from it with cuts, bruises, aches and pains. The pics are below, and when the insurance money comes back from the insurance company the hunt will be on again for another concourse Astra Gsi!

It didn't take long for her to get a replacement, although we did look at quite a few to get one that was as good, as the old one. We soon realised that we'd never get one as mint or original as the one that got written off.

Jane also now has her own motorcycle too, and its a 600, so nearly as fast as me!!
